An Experience Where the Work Runs as Deep as the River
Ripple invites men into a powerful, immersive therapeutic adventure in the red rock desert of Moab, Utah. In partnership with the National Ability Center, this retreat combines outdoor adventure with clinically grounded trauma work, creating space for healing through movement, connection, and stillness.
The Adventure
Participants will engage in guided, professionally supported outdoor experiences, including:
White Water Rafting
Canyoneering
Desert Hiking
These adventures are designed not just for thrill, but for embodied challenge, trust-building, and connection—mirroring the internal work taking place throughout the retreat.
The Clinical Focus
This retreat is for men who are ready to:
Explore and challenge negative core beliefs developed over a lifetime
Practice vulnerability in a supportive, contained group setting
Reconnect with the body as part of the healing process
The therapeutic work is informed by EMDR principles and trauma-responsive care, with an emphasis on:
Somatic awareness
Breathwork
Stillness and reflection in the desert landscape
Group processing and shared meaning-making
This is not traditional talk therapy—it’s experiential, embodied, and relational.
