Hello
Erik works with a range of clients, but he has a particular passion for supporting people navigating relationship challenges—whether that's their relationship with themselves, with family, or with a romantic partner. He also works with clients exploring the intersections of religion, spirituality, and faith transitions. He is LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for all identities.
Erik is supervised by Jordan Wright until fully licensed.
My focus
I work with individuals and couples seeking support for a wide range of concerns. While I help address mental health symptoms like depression and anxiety, I believe these are often signs of deeper psychological challenges. I also support clients in navigating and improving their relationships—whether with partners, friends, or family. My practice frequently involves assisting people through spiritual transitions, romantic challenges, and identity or personality exploration, among other areas.
I work with individuals ages 15 and up, offering support through various stages of life. I also work with men who want to improve their emotional well-being, build stronger relationships, and pursue more meaningful lives. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming of diverse relationship styles and cultural backgrounds.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to your individual needs, drawing from a variety of modalities. My primary orientation is psychodynamic, which means we’ll explore how past experiences may be quietly shaping your current patterns, choices, and feelings. By bringing these influences to light, you gain the freedom to make more intentional, healthier changes. Above all, I focus on building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients so that we can navigate your inner life together.
